INGREDIENTS (About 4 Servings)
Pasta (Thick Spaghetti, Fettucine, or your favorite)
Extra Virgin Olive Oil
Unsalted Butter
Grated Cheese
Sicilian Sea Salt & Pepper to Taste
Simple enough: boil the water for your pasta, once it comes to a
rolling boil add some salt, add the pasta, cook according to the
instructions on the box. In a sauce pan, get some extra virgin
olive oil until hot, add your butter. When the pasta is done
cooking, add it into the pot with the hot oil and butter, along
with some of the pasta water. Add in salt and pepper to taste (I
like a lot of pepper for this dish) continue to mix and coat the
pasta with the sauce. Turn off the heat on the stove, add in
grated cheese, mix, stir.
